I planned to have laser treatment on my chin, where hair has turned white/almost clear. Orchid explained that the laser targets melanin, the color in the hair, so it would not be effective for my purpose. I appreciate her clarity and honesty! Communication with her, and with reception to make and change appointment dates was clear. Appointments were confirmed with text and voicemail the day before. Very pleasant, CLEAN atmosphere. Kudos!

This is clean, well maintained facility. Staff members are cery nice both in person and over the phone. Aesthetician Orchid is very knowledgeable and seemed like she really cares about her clients and the results. My first appointment for LHR lasted about 60 min. It was easy to book appointments with them. Also they have a parking lot too. I’m glad I found this place near work on groupon.

Got laser hair removal on my lower legs and got instant results right after the first treatment! I literally only had a few patches of hair left right after our first session. It did hurt a little for me, but the results are worth the pain

I went there for laser for my upper lip. This was my first visit, so haven’t seen much improvement, yet. Although the laser smarts a little, it’s not bad @ all. It’s very clean and the esthetician is very clear about how she is proceeding.
